Shipping
Trimnest's estimated time of arrival (ETA) is our prediction of when an order could be delivered to you. The ETA is the sum of estimated fulfillment and shipping time.
Our fulfillment time average is 2–5 business days.
Our shipping time average is 3–6 business days in the US, 4–7 business days in Canada, 7–25 business days internationally.
The estimated time of arrival is just an estimate, it’s not a guarantee. You can receive the order past the ETA for reasons, like:
- Issues with specific product listings
- Products being out of stock
- Shipping related delays like failed delivery attempts, service disruptions
- Public holiday related delays like increased order volume, high-demand product shortages
We choose the most suitable and reliable carrier for your shipment. You will see the specific carrier delivering the package in the order confirmation email.
We care to provide the best shopping experience for you, thus Trimnest.com covers all shipping expenses regardless of the amount in your order.

Normally, once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details. You will see the specific carrier delivering the package in the order confirmation email.
You can also check the status of your order in your Trimnest account.

No, Trimnest isn't available in some countries because of legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations.
For now, Trimnest isn't available in and doesn't ship to Cuba, Iran, Crimea (Ukraine), Syria, and North Korea.

We're available in all other countries and ship internationally!
Right now we do not offer any type of expedited shipping. All orders are being shipped with standard option (3–6 business days in the US, 4–7 business days in Canada, 7–25 business days internationally).
Payment
Trimnest.com accepts a variety of payment options, including credit and debit cards.
When using your credit card be sure to provide the exact billing address and phone number your credit card company has on file for that card. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order.
You can add a completely new payment card or change your existing payment details, without having to place an order, in your Trimnest account.
Yes.
All payment processing is done by third party payment service providers – PayPal and/or Stripe.
All payments are securely processed over HTTPS and your card information never touches our servers. All details are sent over SSL with secure encryption.
Please, do not hesitate to contact us via email and request cancelation of your order.
Our payment provider submits refund requests to your bank or card issuer. You will see the refund as a credit approximately 5-15 business days later, depending upon the bank. Refunds can’t be canceled after they’re issued.
Returns
Any returns or problems that occur because of an error on our part will be handled at our expense.
If you would like to exchange or return a product without any defect or due to a wrong size being ordered would be handled at your expense by placing a new order.

You have to contact us in order to get return instructions. Please, include the reason for your return in the body of your email.
Any return requests must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received.
If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please contact us immediately.
Note, if you would like to exchange or return a product without any defect or due to a wrong size being ordered would be handled at your expense.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! We'll cover the costs of shipping a replacement order for you.
We may ask for your help before doing that, like confirming that the shipping address was correct. It would also be good to get in touch with the shipping carrier to try locating the lost order.
Keep in mind that if tracking information states an order was delivered but you couldn't find it, we won't take responsibility and reship that order.
There may be cases where the delivery was made, but the package was left in an unexpected location at your address. You should reach out to the carrier and inquire if any additional details were left by the delivery person.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
If you would like to exchange or return a product without any defect or due to a wrong size being ordered would be handled at your expense by placing a new order.
If something arrives damaged, send a photo of the damaged goods to us via email, then we'll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.
If the shipping address you used in your order was wrong, then you are held responsible.
